We work hard to show our worlds accurately, but screens differ and no screen is a proof. Colour, brightness and the exact position of artwork across seams will vary between individual garments. That variation is described in the refund policy and is a normal feature of cut and sew all over print, not a defect.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artwork, designs, photographs, text and the Moon Basin name and marks on this store are owned by us or used with permission. Buying a shirt does not transfer any rights in the artwork. You may not reproduce, resell or use our artwork or marks commercially without our written permission.

 

ACCEPTABLE USE

Do not use this store for any unlawful purpose, do not attempt to interfere with or gain unauthorised access to it, and do not scrape or copy it for a competing commercial purpose.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
